As someone who’s line managed a team in the past, I know that leading and managing others can sometimes be the best thing you’ve ever done, and also the hardest!
Perla’s flagship Management Essentials Programme runs twice a year and includes 3 days of core skills development, ideal for new or recently appointed line managers, and for established managers who have had little or no training in the past.
In addition, modular programmes, training events and workshops are tailored to the needs of your organisation and participants. Delivered in person, or virtually, curriculums vary and have included the following topics: –

Participant outcomes typically include deeper self awareness, acquisition of new ideas and concepts, evolving mindsets, new knowledge and skills and the motivation to adopt new approaches and behaviours. Events may also include behaviour assessments and psychometrics, 1:1 coaching and facilitated learning groups to help participants embed change and track progress. In-person and virtual events are designed differently, and specifically to maximise the learning experience for all.
I also regularly partner with a number of organisations in the delivery of programmes and workshops as a member of their extended Learning and Development delivery team.
