I design and facilitate leadership and management development programmes and training events.
As someone who’s line managed a team in the past, I know that leading and managing others can sometimes be the best thing you’ve ever done, and also the hardest!
Perla’s flagship programmes are: –
Management Essentials Online – an in-company, modular programme for groups of 9-12 people managers, delivered through Zoom Workplace over a period of 12 weeks.
Management Essentials Programme – an in-person, open programme for first-line people managers, delivered in 3 days, over 3 weeks, with follow-up coaching (also offered as an in-company programme).
The Expert Leader Programme (a joint venture with Matt Evans from Fired-Up Talent) – an intensive, 3 month, open programme for middle to senior leaders in the life sciences, delivered in-person over three, two-day modules with integrated coaching and follow-up support. Participant outcomes typically include deeper self awareness, acquisition of new ideas and concepts, evolving mindsets, new knowledge and skills and the motivation to adopt new approaches and behaviours. Events may also include behaviour assessments and psychometrics, 1:1 coaching and facilitated learning groups to help participants embed change and track progress. In-person and virtual events are designed differently, and specifically to maximise the learning experience for all.

I also regularly partner with a number of organisations in the delivery of programmes and workshops as a member of their extended Learning and Development delivery team.
