As your coach, I support you to find a path forward that embraces any positive change or transformation you want to make, enabling you to move towards your desired outcomes for how you want to think, feel and be in the world.
Perhaps you have an expanded, or new, role or are moving from an SME role into leadership, or the C-suite, or are at a career inflection point? Navigating these transitions with coaching typically takes place through a series of in-person, or virtual sessions, working together through powerful dialogue, creative thinking exercises and reflective practices, in order to open the many doors through which to view your situation. Sometimes using pictures, objects, metaphor or brainstorm will allow deeper reflection and solution generation.
I help you to be clear on the intentions for the coaching at the outset or help to clarify these as the coaching progresses. You would experience me as a supportive challenger and success supporter! I’m known for my authenticity, calmness, encouraging nature and focus on positive change.

Coaching contracts are typically for 4, 6 or 10 sessions, or work on a ‘pay as you’ go basis. You’d be encouraged to track your progress and consider where you have come ‘from’ and ‘to’ at the end of our coaching time.
