Awareness and Feedback

I enable you, or your team to achieve greater awareness and a focus for growth. Using a variety of industry-leading tools, behaviour assessments, diagnostic frameworks, reflection and dialogue, I help you to acknowledge your strengths and recognise opportunities for expansion and increased impact.

Self-awareness is core to Emotional Intelligence, which is at the heart of strong, effective and trusting relationships at work; for us to develop as humans we need to know what we do well so we can repeat it! and understand those areas we might usefully develop; teams need to appreciate what’s working and not working,  we now know that dispersed and hybrid teams need more regular progress checks and feedback loops, to maintain collaborative efforts and avoid the potential for disconnection.

Gathering information from each other and understanding the perceptions of others is key to raising self, team and organisational awareness.

As your 1:1, or team coach we partner together to choose the interventions and feedback tools that would be most appropriate for you.
