Liz has been working with us for some time, supporting the Cambridge site through the design and delivery of a number of learning and development sessions and events. As an accomplished HR professional, learning and development partner, line manager and mentor, I understand the demands of leadership and management and what it takes to create high-performing teams. By applying my skills, knowledge, experience and natural energy, I help people and teams to do their best work.
I have a Masters in Organisational Behaviour from Birkbeck, UL (University of London); hold the Practioner Diploma in Executive Coaching from the AoEC (Academy of Executive Coaching) and am a member of the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development).
