About Liz Mercer
I’m an accomplished facilitator and accredited executive coach, with experience and expertise gained through a variety of roles in industry and consulting. I work in the design and delivery of leadership and management development programmes and workshops, executive coaching, facilitation, training, team development and team coaching.
My colleagues and friends value my authenticity, clarity of purpose, high energy, pragmatic nature and sense of fun! And I’m one of those people who can say they love what they do; it’s a privilege to help and support others to grow and achieve new heights.
I hold Associate Certified Coach status with the ICF (International Coaching Federation) and a Masters in Organisational Behaviour from Birkbeck, UL (University of London). I gained my Practioner Diploma in Executive Coaching from the AoEC (Academy of Executive Coaching) and am a member of the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development).
Aside from my passion for the work I do, I take great pleasure in singing in Hertfordshire’s Classical Chorus and am frequently found up an Alp (or any nearby mountain will do!), satisfying my need to connect with myself, and nature as much as is possible.
